In 2005 DVB-S2 became the first standard to adopt LDPC codes achieving outstanding error correction performance. Today it is quite popular and the de-facto standard for high-speed satellite communication. DVB-S2X is the next generation satellite transmission standard which is an extended version of its well-established predecessor DVB-S2. Creonic's DVB-S2X  IP core portfolio allows to implement fully-fledged transmitter and receiver solutions, e.g., for IP-over-satellite.
